**Our Client**:
Our client has a large presence within the **Telecommunications Sector**, they are currently seeking a **Technical Analyst (Networking)** to join their team for 6 months.

You will be part of a high performing team that drives outcomes through coordination of network outages by ensuring work instructions are created, change management references requested, and protocols followed during implementation.

**About the role**

**You would be involved in**:

- Ensuring that all activities performed in the HFC network follow approved HFC works' activities and are compliant with the HFC Applicable Requirements
- Undertaking pre and post planned outage network checks using the appropriate HFC monitoring tools
- Resolving technical problems, and identify opportunities for both technical and process improvement
- Maintaining and improving the processes and communications flows for all works and projects
- Creating outage tickets for planned works. Including TCMA, HFC Change Database, and directly with NBN Change Management

**To be successful in the role**:

- Proactive, collaborative, and creative approach to innovation and technical processes and project implementation
- Ability to identify technical and commercial risk and escalate to relevant stakeholders
- Excellent time and task management, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to encourage and direct activities without direct management authority

**Highly Desirable**
- Experience working in the telecommunication industry (or similar)
- Experience with Netcool, RFQ, ITAM, and TCMA tools
- Cisco Certification/s
