**Your new team**
The Strategy, Reputation & Corporate affairs team act as the Fund’s internal strategic advisers. The team is expert, energetic and highly collaborative, working with colleagues across the Fund, shaping the Fund’s strategy, acting as custodians of the Fund’s reputation and supporting AustralianSuper to be Australia’s leading superannuation fund for members.

**Your new role**
You will be an integral part of the team that leads the Voice of Customer (VoC) program. This is a hands-on role offering the chance to build market research, technical, analytical and execution skills that support customer insight projects turning into action that improves members outcomes.
In this role, you will support the operations of the VoC program to provide customer insights that inform Fund wide decision making. This role will involve developing your Qualtrics experience management platform capability to undertake analysis, enhance dashboards, create reports and survey files, and support the operations of the Voice of the Customer program to ensure a timely delivery of the program.

**What you’ll need**
- Tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as Management, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or Data Science / Analytics / Statistics.
- Entry level, professional experience within a customer reporting function (i.e. Customer analytics, Research, Customer Insights, Demographics, Consumer Statistics).
- A self-starter with high attention to detail, the ability to be adaptable and possess a positive attitude.
- Numerate and confident analysing large data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify priorities and manage competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in using the Microsoft suite of programs.
- Experience with survey/market research platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia, InMoment) is highly desirable but not critical.
- Experience with statistical software (SPSS, Q, StatsIQ) is highly desirable but not critical.
- Experience with large and complex databases and knowledge of SQL is highly desirable but not critical.
