Create an impact as an **Executive Manager, Operational Resilience and Climate Risk**.

**Your Role**

We're looking for a leader to drive uplifts in IAG’s operational resilience, ensuring compliance with CPS 230 (Operational Risk Management) as well as CPS 229 (Climate Change Financial Risks) Prudential Standards ensuring both our compliance to this prudential standard and alignment to required business outcomes.

You'll lead the Operational Resilience governance forums and ensure the successful delivery of the program across Group and the business divisions as well as liaise with key business stakeholders and manage external consultants and assurance partners to ensure solutions are appropriate and compliant.

This position is a permanent, full-time opportunity to be based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Meanjin (Brisbane) and Naarm (Melbourne).

**About You**
- An ability in managing complexity, ambiguity and responding to change.
- Experience in fostering a customer-centric environment.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to define, plan, and shape strategies and initiatives into tactical plans for successful delivery.
- Developed leadership skills with a proven ability to role model values and behaviours.
- Experience in building capability and optimising the performance of teams.
- Experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.
- Experience with creating a continuous improvement environment aligned with agile ways of working.
- Relevant Tertiary qualification/s and 15+ years associated business experience.
