**Role Overview**

This role will operate in a large team and be responsible for the rollout and implementation of the Bank’s business resilience risk framework based on the domestic and overseas legislation that have come into. You will enjoy assessing global geopolitical risks and mapping the impact they can have on the Bank. This is a dynamic position that would suit someone who enjoys working in an unstructured environment where they can grow the role in whichever way they find exciting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide specialised risk oversight and insight to positively contribute to the organisation’s Business Resilience risk framework.
- Conduct reviews to support continuous improvement of business risk management, including thematic reviews of issues, incidents, risk profiles and supporting metrics.
- Provide input into the design of effective assurance plans and provide solutions and recommendations from lessons learnt and emerging risks discussed internally and across the industry, particularly from external insights and peer learning.

**Skills & Experience**:

- A practical understanding of the implementation of risk management frameworks in a highly regulated context (business resilience, BCM, cyber and/or tech risk experience would be highly advantageous)
- A proactive and pragmatic approach with a strong bias to action, and an ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders and promote a strong risk culture while balancing competing priorities
- The ability to effectively challenge the business and role modelling a customer outcomes focus
- Clear and transparent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
