Multiple offices around Sydney to work from.** *** **The role** Due to one of the team going on maternity leave, an opportunity for an experienced Supply Planner has emerged to join on a full-time contract for 12 months with potential to become permanent. This role manages the planning and purchasing of the inventory of Raw Materials from external contract suppliers, to maximise availability and minimise components to SLOBs, and reduce stock expediting costs. *** **Responsibilities**: - Manage the external contract packing process, ensuring monthly reconciliation of bulk with suppliers. - Plan requirements for finished goods, bulk and materials on a weekly basis using market lead inventory policy. - Respond to inventory risks by mitigating potential "out of stock" and exposure to slow moving stock risks. - Develop working relationships with suppliers and update performance scorecards, and internally with manufacturing, procurement, and the supply/demand teams. - Convert demand plan into market replenishment plan based on inventory, parameters and demand requirements. **Key Experience Required**: - 2 - 3 year's experience in Supply, Raw Materials, or Inventory Planning in the FMCG space. - Demonstrable experience in influencing stakeholders and building cross functional relationships. - Intermediate to advanced Excel skill-set as well as experience with ERP/ Planning Tools. **If this sounds like you and you would like to find out more, we'd love to chat** **PLEASE NOTE: You must be already residing in Australia with full working rights to be considered for this role.
