**Your part in The Wesley Hospital team**
You will be responsible for the assignment of accurate and timely clinical codes to inpatient episodes of care, through analysis of patient record documentation. This position will also provide educational support and mentoring to the Clinical Coding team to ensure the hospital has an accurate and consistent clinical coding service.**What makes a difference for us?**
- Bachelor of Health Information Management (HIM) or equivalent HIMAA Accredited Clinical Coding Certification
- Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-AM, ACHI, ACS and AR-DRG’s
- Extensive experience coding in a hospital environment with a varied casemix
- Experience with 3M Codefinder software
- High level of knowledge in medical terminology
- At least 5 years' recent coding experience in a Hospital environment
