**Life Health Services Blyth Academy was born out of a passionate vision by Loice and Milton Njanja to deliver high quality care to people who need it the most. Our involvement and journey in care work dates back to 2006 when we founded a Home Care Agency through which we provided care to individuals and families in the comfort of their own homes, among other services.**

Reporting to the Compliance Officer, your duties will include:

- The use of software program to enter service details/Service booking on SHIFTCARE
- Administering staff intake to SHIFTCARE
- Acting as a central point of contact on shifts for Support Staff, House Team Leaders, and Care Managers
- Develop rosters to achieve efficiency and maximize the use of resources
- Utilize workforce to cover shift shortfalls
- Roster staff to attend training
- Approving support staff shifts as per accepted norms
- Providing administrative support to management and support staff regarding shifts
- Communicating rosters and roster changes to relevant staff in liaison with Team Leaders and Care Managers
- Maintaining files and record management system in line with quality standards regarding shifts
- Any other quality and compliance tasks as requested by management on shifts.

**Essential Selection Criteria**
- Minimum 1 year experience with demonstrated experience in a similar high-volume staff rostering and scheduling role.
- Knowledge of Computers, computer literacy and IT Systems
- Accuracy and attention to detail with data entry

**Salary**: $81,945.03 - $103,996.81 per year
