**ABOUT THE ROLE**

An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Representative to join our team, to be based at our International Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding facility in Tullamarine, Victoria.

The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of customers that have strategic importance across the business. To be successful in this position, you will:

- Be required to build strong relationships with your customers at all levels, with a particular focus on senior contacts
- Hold regular KPI and Quarterly Business Review catch ups with your key customers
- Identify and implement correct actions/continuous improvements for your customers portfolio
- Identify new revenue opportunities for the business and work towards achieving a sales revenue target

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE**:

- Knowledge of how global supply chain solutions work, particularly in Europe
- Experience in B2B LCL freight
- Experience in 3PL Warehousing
- Experience in International Freight Forwarding
- The ability to develop an in-depth understanding of our business processes and systems
- Strong English verbal & written communication skills
- Second language and ability to engage with in depth knowledge of the European market desirable
- Strong commercial acumen
- A genuine ‘Can-do’ attitude
