**THE ROLE**
As an integral part of the Service team, your focus is all about customer service.
From taking on ‘after sales’ follow-up through to the efficient administration of service department tasks (such as invoicing after a job is completed). This is a busy and rewarding role that allows you to directly contribute to how the company is growing.
With a proven history of going ‘above and beyond’ as your first option in everything you’ll do, you’ll have no struggles in:
- Helping with the administration of quotes and invoicing.
- Accurately entering data for Schedulers to use.
- Identifying opportunities to solve Customer issues and grow the service department.
- Helping across internal teams with other administration.
**HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
You will be a naturally outgoing person and enjoy talking to customers and building relationships - and delivering on the promises you make. Your skills and experiences in the following will help you achieve this:
- Significant telephone customer service experience.
- Owning an organised mind and approach tasks in this way.
- Being very computer literate (MS suite of programs).
- Being a self-organised person - with proven methods for managing a busy workload.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
