Team Global Express (TGE) is transforming the future of logistics through data-driven innovation. We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Data Improvement Lead to drive enterprise-wide data quality initiatives that enhance customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

This newly created role will lead the development and implementation of robust data quality frameworks, working across business and technical domains to identify systemic issues and drive root cause remediation.

**What You'll Do**

- Champion data quality across TGE, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.

- Develop and implement enterprise-wide data quality frameworks, metrics, and monitoring tools.

- Collaborate with AI, Data, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to align data practices with governance and regulatory requirements.

- Translate business pain points into actionable data improvement initiatives.

- Build internal capability in data stewardship and quality monitoring.

- Partner with platform teams to embed data quality checks across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers.

**What You’ll Bring**

- 10+ years in IT roles, with 5+ years in data quality, governance, privacy, or compliance.

- Experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks.

- Understanding of privacy legislation and regulatory reporting practices - nice to have

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
