Apac Corporate Responsibility Manager

**APAC Corporate Responsibility (CR) and Purpose strategy**
- Work closely with the APAC CR Board sponsor and the global CR team to develop APAC CR strategy connected to global framework
- Support and challenge the regional board and CR board sponsors in programmes, offers and initiatives that create position impact in our communities, environment, workplace and industry that align to our purpose
- Work closely with Regional Board to manage and effectively deliver impact budget in region
- Challenge the business and find opportunities to grow this impact over time.

**Programme delivery**
- Lead and facilitate CR champions networks and support any programme leads to deliver strong impact aligned to our purpose across our region
- Guide and support CR champions to maximise impact of existing charity and community partnerships, such as Habitat for Humanity, to achieve maximum social impact and business benefit (e.g. employee engagement, profile raising, reputation, client engagement and winning work)
- Work to create long term impactful partnerships, aligned to our strategy
- Work with internal teams to grow partnerships with charities, educational institutions and private sector bodies which align to our purpose impact areas of green, inclusive and productive
- Work with existing environmental leads CR leads and board sponsors to further develop environmental champion network, set specific targets aligned to our global Net Zero 2030 (NewLeaf) Plan and facilitate engagement campaigns on environmental issues as appropriate
- Support HR initiatives related to our values, behaviours, wellbeing and inclusions as needed

**Engagement, communications and reporting**
- Lead APAC community performance measurement and support reporting on other CR and purpose impact areas, responding to APAC and global needs
- Design, create and manage APAC communications campaigns (connected to global and local initiatives) that inspire our people internally to get involved and raise our profile externally (working with APAC marketing and communications, and global CR team)
- Lead on APAC board, operations and strategic lead engagement and reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Raise our profile externally as a responsible business through campaigns, news stories and social media.

**Support commission/bid managers and winning work**
- Develop approach to key commission engagement and key account collaboration on UK community initiatives
- Engage with commission/bid managers to support CR and sustainability requirements
- Support engagement with our clients on corporate social responsibility to build stronger client relationships

**Qualifications**:

- Experience of leading CR operations and networks in multiple locations (preferably international)
- Broad understanding of CR & S inclusive of environmental (Net Zero delivery) and social impact
- Understanding / appreciation of the role of a company’s Purpose and latest best practice in Diversity and Inclusion would be a plus
- Confident with leading on and delivering engaging internal and external engagement campaigns using a range of channels
- Self starter, collaborator and good communicator
