We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Promotional Co-ordinator to work in a fast-paced retail Support Office in North Ryde. As part of the Buying team this role will suit a recent graduate or strong administrator looking for a Support Office role in a buying team.
Reporting to the Category Manager this role will give you all the career exposure you need to kick start or accelerate your buying career.
Working as part of the Buying/Product team you will be responsible for supporting Category Managers in pursuit of promotional effectiveness.
You need to have the attitude that no job is too big or too small with a hands-on approach to all you do.
Key tasks include: (but are not limited to):
Collate all supplier promotional data into the Promotional Calendar
Log all promotions and supplier funding in a timely manner
Ensure purchase agreements are sent to suppliers in advance of promotions
Assist in creation and sign off of all promotional ticketing
Creation and communication of ad hoc Word/PDF tickets as required by the business
Responsible for communicating promotional changes to the Promotions Support team, Demand Planners and Marketing team
Assist in the production of the Monthly Promotions Pack for stores
Assist with Ad Hoc report requests from the Product team around promotional results and supplier funding
Creating and signing off on promotional ticketing
Assisting in managing claims and supplier funding
What are we looking for?
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Be highly organised and able to run multiple projects at once, great time management skills
Intermediate computer skills across all Microsoft products
Strong data entry, administration experience in a fast-paced environment will be highly regarded
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be a true team player, willing to learn, work together and build strong relationships across all internal teams
Someone with a love for animals
