**The Role**
- In this vital role, you will be instrumental in coordinating both reactive and preventive maintenance while facilitating exciting on-site events. You'll act as the primary liaison for all hard and soft services vendors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Be part of a vibrant team that values collaboration and innovation

**A typical day may involve**:

- Create positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations in the workplace.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace; badge management for guests, ensuring facilities are well maintained, clean and safe.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Managing office budget, making cost-effective decisions to optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation, inspects and implement measures to maintain safe work environment
- Upholding exemplary standards of customer service, maintaining clear communication with CBRE staff, client stakeholders and external contractors.
- Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Senior Facilities Manager

**About you**:

- Experience in a corporate office environment (PREFERRED)
- Approachable, genuine and skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer centric approach to all tasks
- Previous experience in facilities, customer service, hospitality or related role
