**Job Description**:
**About the Role**:
We currently have an opportunity for a full time, permanent administrator to join our highly

skilled and professional team in our spare parts division. This is a Monday to Friday 8am-4pm role.

Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Receive and answer telephone calls via the Call Centre.
- Order processing.
- Processing cash payments.
- Processing returns and pricing credits.
- Process new parts requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Temperzone account holders.
- Provide high level of customer service across all functions.

**Qualifications**:
**What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience in spare parts would be advantageous but not essential.
- Customer Service / Administration experience.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Disciplined and accurate approach to data entry
- Established computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and 365
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Communication and teamwork.
