**Atlas Copco’s Power Technique business area** provides air, power and flow solutions through products such as mobile compressors, pumps, light towers and generators, along with a number of complementary products. It also offers specialty rental and provides services through a dedicated, global network.

**The role**:
Working in a supportive team, liaising with our customers and business partners regarding equipment and spare parts orders, interpreting and identifying parts and following up to ensure on time delivery and invoicing, whilst maintaining a strong beginning to end customer service support.

Working closely with Supply Chain team, Technical Support and Sales Team to support customer requirements and managing efficient product flow.

**What we expect of you**:

- Mechanical/Technical aptitude desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a high level of communication skill and ability to create solutions.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of MSOffice, ERP Systems, SAP desirable.
- Dedication to providing high-level Customer Service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Capable of learning new systems and processes.
- Able to challenge existing work practices and bring ideas to improve them
