Are you looking to be part of a professional, dynamic, and friendly team? We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for an Administrator in our Spare Parts division. This role offers stable hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

As an Administrator, you'll report to the Spare Parts Manager and your key responsibilities will include:

- Receiving and answering telephone calls via the Call Centre.
- Order processing.
- Processing cash payments.
- Managing returns and pricing credits.
- Handling new parts requests.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key Temperzone account holders.
- Providing exceptional customer service across all functions.

**Qualifications**
We’re looking for someone with:

- Customer Service / Administration experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- A disciplined and accurate approach to data entry.
- Established computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and 365.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in spare parts would be advantageous, but it's not essential
