**The Role**

Every day is different in the world of recruitment In your role, you will be doing full 360 recruitment for your own desk.
- A typical day includes the below responsibilities:_
- Meeting clients and discussing their business, current needs, future plans and the service we can offer.
- Building relationships with new and existing clients and developing a good understanding of their business, and their working culture.
- Managing the offer process including completing references.
- Attend regular training sessions internally and externally
- Attend client meetings & lunches
