**About the Role**

Join our dynamic team and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join us full-time. As a key member of Momentum, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional value to both internal and external clients across diverse sectors such as rail, freight and logistics, engineering, construction, and business support.

**What you’ll need to succeed**

We believe that the following qualities will set you up for success as a Momentum Recruitment Consultant:

- At least 2 years of recruitment experience in rail or associated industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and handle high volumes of recruitment
- A highly motivated, sales-driven approach that thrives in a fast-paced team setting
- Confidence and capability to effectively engage with and manage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently to fill roles efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail
- A proactive attitude with a focus on success while following established processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

**Desirable**:

- Experience in blue-collar sector recruitment
- Knowledge of the rail industry or related experience
