The Business Services team Officers within Operational Support are passionate about providing the best administrative support service to enable those we serve to care for the people of NSW. We service various schemes and teams by providing wide-ranging administrative solutions

**Duties**
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a **Business Service Officer** you will:
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for staff and our participants across Lifetime Schemes.
- Prepare and undertake financial transactions on behalf of Lifetime Schemes and ensure compliance with procurement and financial processes.
- Reconcile business accounts to ensure services are tracked and charged to the correct cost centre and project code.
- Create and maintain accurate records and records information systems and functions for the team/business unit in accordance with records management policies and procedures and confidentiality/privacy requirements.
- Support the ongoing evolution of Operational Support by seeking opportunities to improve the way we deliver our services, adopting a flexible change mindset, and embracing a culture of ongoing continuous improvement within the team.
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in business and financial administration including in the use of all Microsoft Office programs and some financial administration programs
- Experience in customer service
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
