**About the role**

Due to an internal transfer, we now have an opportunity for a Business Services Administrator to join our team. This role plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within the Employment Services division.

**Other duties include**
- Ensuring a positive first impression for internal and external customers, including jobseekers, employers, and other key stakeholders.
- Processing invoices and claims
- Maintaining a customer database ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Supporting the wider administration team in workloads and activities

**About You**
- Previous high-level administrative experience in a customer-focused environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft and format complex documents
- Self-motivated problem solver who can work both independently and as part of a team
- High accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
- Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
