**What is Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA)?**

Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a national employment program led by Endeavour Foundation that empowers people with intellectual disability to prepare for, gain and sustain meaningful open employment. It focuses on person-centred support, employer engagement, and creating lasting inclusion in the workforce.

**About the Role**

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for participants, employers, and stakeholders, setting the tone for their experience with the IEA program. This front-facing, fast-paced role combines concierge-style service, administrative coordination, and customer support to ensure every interaction is warm, informative, and inclusive.

You'll help the office run smoothly, support field-based staff, and ensure every customer is welcomed, informed, and supported on their employment journey.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Welcome and guide participants and visitors, providing accurate information about employment services.
- Coordinate appointments, send reminders, and follow up with participants and employers.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems, action compliance tasks, and support audit readiness.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as resume updates, job referrals, and vacancy management.
- Promote services through business development support and event coordination.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in customer service, admin, sales, employment services or call centres.
- High level of professionalism, positivity, and resilience.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
