**How will I help?**

As the Head of Distribution Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key broker aggregator groups which are critical to the group’s mortgage growth and retention. In this highly influential role, you will oversee broker engagement, advocacy, and retention efforts, including leading the Broker Distribution Retention Support team, communications, and change management across all brands. You will also manage the operational and technological functions supporting third-party commissions payments.

In addition, your responsibilities include driving broker advocacy and customer retention, overseeing strategic internal and external partnerships, and managing broker communications and change initiatives. This role is pivotal in optimising operational efficiency, supporting broker-introduced customer retention, and maintaining Westpac’s leadership in the third-party mortgage channel.
