**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate vehicle releases including pre-delivery, registration, tax invoices & delivery arrangements for vehicles required at head office
- Assist in planning an execution to ensure optimum fleet utilization is achieved.
- Process and manage fleet vehicle sales orders and related documentation.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- General data management, scanning & housekeeping
- Provide day to day assistance to the National Fleet Manager
- Supporting the National Fleet Manager with preparing quotes, confirming vehicle delivery, and determining available stock
- Occasional assistance for the National Fleet Manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a coordinating role or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve with great attention to detail
- Strong time management & ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of fleet management
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong analytical, data entry & organisation skills
- Customer focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Passion for technology and sustainability in the automotive industry is a plus.
