As an Information and Organisation Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in our organization's success by analyzing, organizing and managing information and data, processes, and by providing advice on policy, business, and organizational methods.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and control stock levels for additional products, replenishing such products when needed.
- Conduct monthly reviews of production reports, analyzing costs
and performance metrics.
- Oversee the creation and management of client contracts, specifically tailored to the coffee industry, with a focus on short-term agreements spanning approximately four months
- Coordinate tasting events and promotional activities to showcase coffee products, leveraging client contracts to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Develop projections to anticipate future financial liquidity, identifying opportunities for optimizing resources and minimizing risks within the coffee import business.
- Conduct thorough cost analyses to support strategic decision-making, evaluating factors such as pricing, sourcing, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain budgets aligned with the financial requirements of the coffee importing operations, ensuring timely payments and effective cash flow management.
- Implement financial controls and procedures to enhance financial stability and optimize resource allocation.
- Organize educational sessions and events targeting both clients and the general public, providing insights into coffee products and industry knowledge.
- Offer specialized training programs covering various levels of coffee expertise, tailored to meet the needs of clients and engage the broader community.
- Facilitate quality control initiatives, including overseas visits to coffee processing plants, to ensure sourcing practices meet the highest standards.
- Foster relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, promoting transparency and collaboration in support of quality assurance objectives.

**Education and Previous Experience Required**
- Relevant Industry Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
**Working Arrangements**

- Salary: $71,000 per year plus superannuation
