These flagship stores will be the premium supplier to retail and trade customers alike. Customers will be able to choose from an extensive range of Spare Parts, Oils and Lubricants, Mobile Electronics and Installations, Paint and Panel, Rare Spares Accessories, Roof Racks and Touring, and much, much more

**Our Retail Managers**:

- Oversee the Retail Selling Floor, operational aspects & functioning of the Install Bay
- Ensure all customers serviced by the Retail and Install Crews receive an optimum level of genuine customer service
- Are responsible for the management of the Retail store layout and planograms
- Coo-ordinate and execute in-store promotions, events and national marketing campaigns
- Ensure that both the Retail Selling Floor and Install Bay are functioning at their maximum potential, and continually identify and implement strategies for improvement
- Are safety leaders, and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for yourself, your team and your customers

**The successful individual will**:

- Have prior Retail Management experience, either across big box or high volume retail environments
- Demonstrate leadership ability with a focus on driving large teams
- Have a friendly and consultative style when working with others
- Have a proven record of building service focused teams
- Have an innovative and collaboration approach to their work, with the ability to support and drive change
- Be a solution focussed problem solver with sounds computer skills
