The Role & Key Responsibilities
Ownership and growth of performance and culture over the long term, end to end recruitment & identifying
leaders, training & development, education and discipline of high standards and communication, inspiration
and Vision.
Area Leadership
- Thinking long term and making strategic decisions
- Leading and supervising the SA Team Leaders
- Managing store budgets within the SA area
- Developing the Leaders of the future
- Understanding the brand, business model, costs, income, and financial transactions
- Monthly Store Team Leader Training
- Leadership Academy Training & Coaching
- Providing training in sales and booking process
- Provide new starters with quality induction and introduction to the brand

Recruitment
- Recruiting high calibre mechanics & bike builders
- Managing Workshop Team Leader Placements
- Identifying leaders

Store Visits
- Visiting each shop monthly and identifying stock levels and product mix
- Training teams to OBW is the main outcome of visits
- Using a Checklist to hold stores to a high standard of operations
- Overseeing and organizing store operations
- Ensuring efficient OH&S management and adhering to state and national OH&S legislation
- Ensuring all stores live up to the company’s mission, vision, and values with a clear focus on the
customer experience
- Planning and executing promotions, store marketing and community engagement
- Forecasting volume and inventory management based off changing business trends
- Complete stock take, control sheets, adjust wages time sheets for submission to payroll, and
complete inventory order on the required days
- Monitoring and managing store presentation, working order of equipment and reporting any failures
or faults as they occur
- Effectively manage all store rosters, planning for fluctuations to the brand
- Executing HR processes
KPI’s
- Store Results (Profit, labour, efficiency)
- Services and Prices Reviews
- Store Standards & Organization
- Implementing and maintaining upselling strategies to achieve targets
- Mechanic Turnover
- Developing leaders
- Delivering and exceeding sales budgets and growth expectations
Travel Requirements
- Travel is a required element of the role.
- Driving between stores.
- You will be required to fly and drive as a part of this role.
- When travelling you must adhere to the company expense policy

Qualifications and experience
- Extensive business development experience, including a proven track record within workshops in

retail environments
- 2 + years State Manager / Regional Manager experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business MBA is essential/preferred
- The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and have a proven track record in

driving sales and KPI’s
- Proven experience in leading, influencing and developing a team within a highly complex

environment
Salary package
- Salary starting from $90k (Full Time WAL)
