Since 2013, Documen Support Services (DSS) has been working with employers and service providers in many industries, securing both short and long term employment opportunities for our clients. From 2018 we evolved into a well-respected Disabilities Service Provider, focusing on Support Work, Group Programs and Employment Supports. Our approach has always been client centred, working with special needs participants of all ages and backgrounds. Our multicultural team, along with highly developed programs, have been instrumental in supporting our participants in their daily living needs as well as building foundations for the future.

We need honest, reliable and trustworthy contractors to work with our clients in various locations throughout Sydney's western suburbs. You will be motivated and love delivering the following care for our clients:

- Domestic Supports
- Assistance with Daily Activities / Self Care
- Social and Community Access
- Companionship
- Group Programs
- And much more....

You will need the following requirements to ensure you hit the ground running:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- WWCC
- Police Clearance
- Driver's License
- Own reliable and safe vehicle
- ABN
- NDIS Orientation Module
- PL and PI insurances

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $23.66 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Working with people with developmental disabilities: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
