Based in Staplyton, our client is a leading Australian manufacturer supplying building products and machinery to the construction industry

**About the role - Administration Officer**

We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer who has worked in a corporate environment, preferably in the manufacturing sector. It is a hands-on position, best suited for someone with a company background and with senior interactions. You will have a keen eye for detail with a focus on teamwork and creating a quality experience for our customers with every engagement.

**Duties**
- Answering phones
- General office duties including supply ordering and organising refreshments
- Booking flights and accommodation
- Taking care of visitor, ensuring they are well attended
- Filing & general reception duties

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience providing PA support
- Must be level-headed and a calm demeanour
- Strong attention to detail
- High standards of presentation
