- **Objective **_

The Customer Service Receptionist objective is to be the first point of contact for customers & provide assistance to the Accounts and Sales Team. They will welcome all customers/visitors coming into reception and answer all incoming phone calls. They will also complete various tasks such as entering customer details and orders into custom software and Xero and completing various administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
- **Experience**_
- Previous office and customer service experience necessary.
- A competent user of Office Word, Excel & Outlook
- Some experience in using Xero or similar package
- **Responsibilities & Duties **_
- Answer calls and transfer to the relevant area or person.
- Greet all visitors to reception and ensure they are signed in and sign out when leaving the Knotwood premises. Once signed in, call appropriate Knotwood staff member they are visiting and advise of their arrival. Direct the visitor to either a meeting room or person as required.
- Assist with safety implementation as directed by the Safety Officer
- Receive/redirect deliveries.
- Assist with booking freight pick up for various carriers.
- Check mail each day for all post boxes. Open and distribute mail to various departments.
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Prepare any daily banking and deposit at the bank. Run errands as required.
- Update excel spreadsheets as required.
- Organising of catering for meetings
- Ensure the staff lunch room is keep clean and tidy and empty bins and unload dishwasher (all staff are responsible for washing their dishes and must load the dishwasher).
- Offer water and tea and coffee to visitors who are visiting Knotwood.

**Hours of Work**

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
