Bartender/server

Farina restorante in North Turramurra, NSW is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender and Waitress to join our talented hospitality team. In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and assisting with front-of-house duties to ensure the smooth operation of our popular Italian restaurant.

What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving a variety of cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages with expertise and flair
- Providing friendly and efficient table service, taking orders and delivering food and drinks to customers
- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order
- Assisting with other front-of-house duties as required, such as seating guests and processing payments
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety and liquor licensing regulations

What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a bartender and/or waitress in a hospitality setting, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine and beer varieties, and food and beverage pairings
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming dining experience
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
