- As an Assistant Manager of The Merrywell you will report to the Venue Manager and assist with all functions ensuring that the efficient operation of this fast-paced restaurant is met with the highest standard of customer service.
- Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Ensuring quality of service is always at a high standard and delivered by all staff.
- Assisting with the training and development of staff.
- Providing support when needed to front-line staff.
- Organise, setup and co-ordinate functions and events.
- Opening and closing of the venue.
- To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience working within a Supervisory or Assistant Manager position in a high-volume venue.
- Great leadership skills with experience coaching, training, and supporting a team a large team.
- Extensive wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge.
- 24/7 availability including late nights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with problem solving skills.
- Experience with financial objectives including stock control and rostering.
- Strong communication skills.
- Qualifications required:

- Currently hold or happy to obtain an Approved Managers card.
