**Your Role**:
As a **Home Care / Disability Support Worker**, you’ll assist our clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Key duties include:

- Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding and medication.
- Supporting household tasks (cleaning, shopping).
- Providing social support (transport) and helping clients access their community.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent** from an Australian institution
✔ **NDIS Screening Check**
✔ **First Aid & CPR Certificate**
✔ **Mandatory Vehicle & Driver’s License** (Must have a reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance)
✔ **Commitment to Caring** - A genuine desire to support the elderly with a compassionate and patient nature
✔ **COVID-19 Vaccination** - Minimum of two doses
✔ **1 Year of Experience in Aged Care / Disability (preferred)** or a strong willingness to learn
✔ **Bilingual (Desirable, but not essential)**
✔ **Excellent Communication Skills** - Able to connect easily with people

**Job Type**: Casual

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Aged Care / Home Care / Disability: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Qualification in Aged Care/Disability from Australia (preferred)
- Access to a vehicle and driving licence (preferred)
- Comprehensive car insurance (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
