Our **Customer Service Attendants** are the first point of contact in providing exemplary service to our loyal customer base. You will welcome customers, receive and prepare garments for cleaning, and complete payment transactions.

**Key tasks**:

- input incoming orders, complete order pick-ups
- complete payment transactions and daily till reconciliation
- confidently manage customer expectations
- prepare garments for cleaning; including checking of pockets, inspection for stains and defects
- complete wardrobe inventory and ensure orders are accurately stored

**Required skills and attributes**:

- minimum 5 years in a customer facing / operations role
- sound computer (keyboard) skills
- ability to accurately follow detailed procedures and complete tasks in a timely manner
- physically fit and have the ability to stand on your feet and work
- non-smoker

**Training**: industry experience is not essential, however a willingness to learn is a must. On-the-job training provided.

**Hours**: 20.5 hours + per week inc Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings

**Location**:Victoria Point with the ability to work at our other stores as required e.g. to cover a shift due to a team member absence

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
