WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
**About the Team**
Located in Redbank in Ipswich, the Corporate Affairs team is responsible for communicating the company’s key messages, both internally and externally, ensuring they reach the right audiences and through the appropriate channels. They support engagement with stakeholders and stay across business activities, milestones and the broader political and industry landscape.
**About the Role**
The Communications Officer is an integral part of RDA’s Corporate Affairs team and is responsible for coordinating projects as set by the Manager Communications in support of the company’s Strategy and Communications plans.
We are looking for someone that is able to coordinate and create different forms of communication material which has been gathered from around the business including but not limited to our engineering and technical departments. Creativity within a restrictive scope to ensure that security protocols are met is required.
This role is made for someone with a few years’ experience (personal or professional) within Communications and is looking for development and training.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Experience in project managing communications-based activities;
- Appreciation of graphic design software, including, but not limited to the Adobe suite;
- Advanced interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
- Possesses high level of accuracy, attention to detail, organisational and time management skills;
- Photography and videography experience (desirable);
- Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
