**The Role**
Perform a pivotal function within the Maritime Auxiliary Systems Program Office (MA SPO) through analysis, coordination and reporting. As a part of the MA SPO’s dynamic Quality Management team, you will help support and influence positive outcomes for the Royal Australian Navy’s maritime auxiliary capabilities. Your duties will include
- Coordinating the collection, analysis and reporting of supplier performance data to identify trends and opportunities;
- Developing and maintaining performance dashboards and reports which provide clear and actionable insights for decision makers;
- Providing advice and leadership to identify, monitor and proactively manage risk, guide best practices and meet regulatory requirements ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and relevant ISO standards.
- Operating the Risk Management Systems and providing quality risk reporting (delivering briefs, reports and presentations as required)
- Acting as a key point of contact for supplier performance and risk related matters; and
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, ensuring they are robust, efficient and future-ready.

The MA SPO supports the Royal Australian Navy’s maritime auxiliary fleet and equipment including maritime aviation and navigation training vessels, underwater surveillance, pacific and border force support, marine and towing services, as well as submarine search and rescue capabilities.
