A fantastic permanent opportunity for a Trading Terms Analyst to join our Commercial ALM (Australia Liquor Marketers) in Macquarie Park. This role will be responsible for to provide analysis, reporting and data maintenance support to the Australian Liquor Marketers business unit. This role will provide data analysis and reporting to ensure all terms are accurate, and secure. This role works in a fast-moving paced environment where accuracy is essential.

What you’ll do
- Analysis of various types of trading terms, including calculation for month end accruals, periodic product review and customer mapping.
- Maintain integrity of data obtained from all sources and carry out investigations where required.
- Assist with management of stock profit income and working capital.
- Processing of monthly/adhoc supplier claims for income
- Collection of income from Merchandise Debtors
- Assist with the completion of other month end process and recurring reporting.
- Provide support and input into projects and process/systems improvements.
- Adhoc tasks as required by Commercial Manager, ALM

What you will bring
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a FMCG or distribution environment
- Analytical and investigative skills
- High level of numeric accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights to the Commercial Management team as well as to General Managers
- Relevant qualification in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business degree/background (desirable)
