Venue Duty Manager - Full Time Salaried at Cottesloe Beach Hotel

The Cottesloe Beach Hotel is a large multi-faceted venue located on one of Australia's most iconic beaches. We are looking for a professionally minded Venue Duty Manager who is confident in delivering consistently excellent customer service in a busy venue.

The successful applicant must;
- Have extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar style venue
- Hold an Approved Manager Card or be willing to obtain one
- Be a leader who motivates and develops staff
- Understand the balance between revenue and staffing levels
- Be an excellent communicator
- Have an eye for detail ( lights, action, camera )
- Be a confident decision maker
- Display a strong and confident personality mixed with energy and vibrancy
- Most of all, create a good report with the locals and have fun.

What we offer:
Attractive salary of up to 75K pa and legendary staff benefits including food and beverage and room rate discounts across all Prendiville hotels with our employee Master Key programme.
