We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **_Practice Manager_** on behalf of our National Client

**About the Role**:
As a permanent **FULL-TIME **Practice Manager, you will work closely with the Lead Dentist to ensure that the overall Health Service operation runs smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on delivering a consistently high standard of patient care and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and mentoring to practice staff and be the initial point of contact for staff requiring assistance.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including the reception desk and appointment booking system.
- Manage patient experience processes and maintain dental instruments and practice equipment.
- Review and maintain all practice documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Work with the practice WHS representative to ensure proper incident reporting.
- Assist with quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.
- Assist with recruitment and selection of new staff and coordinate training and development.
- Undertake other duties as directed and adhere to all NDC policies and guidelines.

**About You**:

- Recognised qualification in supervision and/or management
- 5+ years of experience in the dental industry
- 2+ years of Practice Manager or Treatment Coordinator experience (DA experience is an advantage)
- Previous experience utilizing Practice Management System Dental 4 Windows (D4W)
- Ability to foster a customer-focused working environment and build and maintain rapport with internal and external customers
- Effective leadership skills, including initiating action, giving direction, and setting appropriate standards of behavior
