We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Shop Manager to front our North Street Store both during the day and in the evenings. From the people that started the cinnamon scroll craze in Perththink Little Loaf Bakery, Wards Central Dining and Big Loaf Factory Bakery Store.

North Street Store is located in Cottesloe, serving up everything from the morning coffee to delicious burgers, pies, rolls, baked treats, all of our fresh breads and range of delectable beverages and exciting dinner options Monday to Friday.

The job is working with the exisiting team to lead the staff, the shop and serve our customers, ensuring that they get the best and that the team are looked after. Some of the duties you'd expect to do in a day are:

- Opening and closing the store
- Growing and promoting our delicious meals made with local produce
- Completing the daily checks
- Assisting with customer enquiries
- Leading and organising the shift
- Making coffee - highly regarded (we are very, very passionate about this caffeinated nectar)
- Liaising with the other section managers to get their product out into the customer's hands
- Ensuring and managing compliance with company and other policy
- Experience with social media and especially Instagram would be desirable

This position reports to the GM and pay rate will be based on suitability and experience.
