Job Overview

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing activities, external/ internal communications, and general creative services. You will have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. You will be a clear communicator and capable of managing and prioritising multiple projects at once. Equally important, you are hands-on, self-motivated, and passionate about all things marketing.

Primary Responsibilities/Duties

Coordinate the execution and magnification of our campaigns and content strategy
Coordinate external trade shows and events, including but not limited to stand organisation, equipment shipping, collateral preparation, graphic design, giveaways, booth/event orders, etc.
Liaise with suppliers to create high-impact promotional displays for in-store wholesaler marketing.
Collaboratively work with the distribution network to develop and implement exclusive marketing initiatives
Assist in the preparation of marketing material, including but not limited to promotion flyers, brochures, case studies, testimonials, giveaways, branded merchandise etc.
Responsible for writing, building and scheduling regular e-newsletters to the distribution network and customers
Work with the Senior Product Manager in executing new product introductions into the market via localisation and distribution of content and planned marketing launch materials.
Support the Marketing and Sales department with ad hoc duties

3+ years of Marketing experience and a relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Public Relations or Business
Strong writing skills with the ability to write for traditional media, direct customer communications, web and socials
Have impeccable attention to detail and be highly organised
Wholesaler marketing experience would be highly regarded
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with both external stakeholders and teams from across the business
Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise deliverables appropriately
Proactive and energetic personality
Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
