**In this Marketing Manager, Regional and Agri Business role, you will**
- Support the development of data driven, customer focused, actionable marketing strategy and insights.
- Drive and support strategic influence both within marketing and the broader enterprise to inform, impact and influence compelling customer propositions.
- Contribute to and at times, lead, the delivery of segment specific campaigns and projects.

**What you'll bring**
- Demonstrated strategic mindset and ability to create impact and have influence, including the ability to turn insights and data into actionable marketing strategies and plans that deliver growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and banking and financial services knowledge, preferably with experience within regional and agricultural sectors.
- Proven ability in leading and designing marketing and customer strategy and insights, campaigns and creative development.
- Experience in developing got to market strategies and value propositions.
- Extensive experience within marketing or customer strategy and insights.
