WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
- Newly created role to lead the Customer Service Team with 3 Representatives in NSW.
- Hands-on role where 20% of your time taking inbound calls from staff and customers.
- Process-oriented mindset, capable of implementing and improving procedures.
- Set and achieve goals for the NSW Customer Service team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.
- Opportunity for training and skill development for your team members.
YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Experience in a similar role with customer service leadership.
- Experience with excel in reporting including formulas and macros.
- Strong technical expertise with advanced functions of Excel including basic statistical analysis, Microsoft Office, Tablo and some experience with SAP.
- Strong English communication skills written and verbal, with full Australian working rights and vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Ability to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
