**The Opportunity**

MinRes Air seeks an experienced and proactive **Operations Control Centre Supervisor** to lead our Operations and Crewing Officers. You’ll be the primary point of contact for all operational matters and play a key role in driving performance, safety, and innovation. You will supervise aircraft and crew movement coordination, anticipate and mitigate disruptions, lead a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with CASA, safety, and emergency procedures. You will also contribute to developing MinRes Air’s operational systems, procedures, and performance reporting.
- Maintain safety as a core operational value and champion a safety-first culture
- Supervise and coordinate all aircraft movements to ensure safe, on-time departures
- Oversee daily scheduling of aircraft and crew, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Lead the creation and dissemination of operational reports and delay summaries
- Anticipate and manage operational disruptions, coordinating timely resolutions
- Select, implement, and manage operational software systems
- Develop and maintain procedures to improve productivity and service delivery
- Act as the primary liaison for operational queries across all departments (Ground, Catering, Engineering, etc.)
- Support and participate in the Emergency Response and Crisis Management Plans
- Monitor load control systems, including fallback procedures
- Ensure compliance with CASA regulations and MinRes Air safety and emergency procedures
- Support internal audits and ensure regulatory readiness at all times
- Develop and coach staff to achieve high performance

**What You'll Bring**
- Extensive experience and knowledge of airport operations, arrival and departure procedures
- Strong understanding of CASA regulations
- Proven experience with delay handling, OTP performance, and crew scheduling
- In-depth knowledge of emergency response protocols and operational safety standards
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead under pressure
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability, with a common-sense approach
- Proficiency in using operational systems and data reporting tools
- Ability to work independently while leading a team toward shared objectives

MinRes Air is the newly formed internal flights department providing air charter services from a dedicated MinRes Perth Terminal directly to our site operations, to support our Fly In Fly Out (FIFO) Operations

Dedicated aircraft fleet, terminals, ground handling and maintenance capabilities, all of which are controlled by MinRes Air and managed by MinRes to provide a complete end to end process.
