**The Position**
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and convert event concepts, ensuring smooth planning and exceptional guest experiences.
- Conduct site visits, follow up with clients, create detailed event documentation, and evaluate post-event outcomes.
- Coordinate with event operations and kitchen teams for seamless handovers and execution of functions.
- Partner with preferred suppliers, nurturing strong relationships to support event needs.
- Build client networks and relationships to promote and grow functions at both Zoo locations, delivering memorable service.

**The Person**
- Proven track record in event sales and planning, including corporate functions and large-scale gatherings.
- Experience working in large venue settings, providing insight into logístical challenges and event management considerations.
- 4-5 years of experience in a function venue, catering, hospitality, or similar environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective team coordination of staff, vendors, and volunteers during event execution.
- Excellent time management, communication skills, and proficiency in event management software or IT tools.
