**The opportunity**
**What we are seeking**
- Have business partnered at a frontline and senior leadership level to resolve complex people situations
- Have a genuine interest or experience in the community services sector
- Can demonstrate highly developed communication, coaching and influencing skills, along with exceptional attention to detail
- Have experience working across key people and culture disciplines including employee relations, HR systems, investigations, worker’s compensation/return to work, organisational development, people engagement and wellbeing.
- A track record of leading successful continuous improvement or change projects
- Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications are desirable
**Essential Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience in providing people and culture advice and coaching to people at various levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in issues management and investigations, including the implementation of solutions to resolve conflict and underperformance issues.
- Evidence of contribution to the development and implementation of best practice generalist HR policies and procedures.
- Hands on experience in the development of contemporary people focused solutions.
- Sound knowledge of and experience in working within the Fair Work Australia industrial relations laws and framework.
- Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation and Injury Management regulations
- Experience using HRIS and CRM software.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and time management skills to multi-task and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Diploma or relevant tertiary qualifications and/ or relevant experience in human resource.
