Our client is a prominent University recognised globally for education, research, and innovation.

They are currently implementing a new Workday ERP program, and are seeking a UKG Dimensions (Kronos) Consultant to assist with the integration and customisation of the University's Scheduling, Time and Attendance (S&TA) platform.

**What your day will look like**:

- Act as an SME on the UKG Dimensions platform
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on how to best utilize the platform
- Work closely with stakeholders and rostering colleagues across the University to investigate and provide analysis to solve business problems
- Build strong working relationships and collaboratively review and resolve complex issues.

**To be considered for this role, you will need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience in a large and complex organization
- A strong understanding of the UKG Dimensions platform and previous experience as a UKG Dimensions Specialist
- Experience in identifying, analyzing, challenging, and validating business requirements throughout the whole delivery life cycle.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently towards agreed goals, with a high degree of professional integrity and initiative.
