**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
**Leading Hand **to join a fast-growing Manufacturing team in Campbellfield.

**Tasks will include**:

- Assist with loads or any other outgoing loads ensuring they are ready and staged.
- Do Hand-over with Dispatch and Supervisor agreeing which tasks to take over or assist in.
- Decide when to stop picking depending on workload, truck volume already manifested and choose appropriate picks to complete.
- Take lead of 7:30pm Shuttle load or any other outgoing load for the afternoon checking on pick status, volume ensuring manifest is created, labels printed, correctly attached and load clearly staged at least 1h prior to truck ETA.
- Couriers - Track initial plan, change to plan and actual - report daily.
- Ensure timely put-away of any incoming goods after checking quantity and damages during/after unloading.
- Cycle count items on the daily list (today’s items, any prior ones missed or get ahead). Ensure counts are done in teams of 2 and any variances checked.
- Ensure stock replenishment is carried out across the whole site.
- Ensure housekeeping is done by everyone in the team.
- Check for damages and ensure all damaged items are blocked in SAP. Repalletize good stock & remove damaged product.

**Skills and experience**:

- Good communication skills.
- Strong planning skills including short term manufacturing methodology.
- Not shy to be a hands on, problem solving.
- Assertive leadership, and a positive attitude.
- Understanding of OHS requirements on site.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and safe work practices.
- Hold a car License with own reliable transport.
- **Must have current LF Forklift **License.**:

- Customer service and attention to detail.
- High attention to housekeeping and safety High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience working within manufacturing environments.
