**About Us**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly work is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided.
- A current Australian Driver’s License is essential.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (both verbal and written).
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
- Must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the manufacturing of roller blinds and curtain tracks from start to finish.
- Operate blind cutting tables, Basic hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assemble and package blinds and components accurately as per job specifications.
- Assist with curtain track manufacturing.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as receiving deliveries, organising stock, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Prepare completed orders for dispatch and label products correctly.
- Occasionally deliver finished products to customers in company vehicle - ensuring timely and professional service.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
