The hospital is a contemporary 488 bed facility comprising of 60% public and 40% private beds. **About the Role**
Are you looking for a rewarding career that allows you to combine your professional skill and passion for delivering excellent customer service to people? We are looking for a highly experienced Education Centre Coordinator to join our friendly Education Services Department, working in collaboration with a senior Education and Training team, and alongside a Medical Workforce Unit.

The Education Centre Coordinator is responsible for the provision of exceptional customer service in particular to external stakeholders, facilitating Education Centre programs and events, efficient administration of the Learning Management (LMS) and HR (HRIS) systems and assistance with the online library, as required, providing administrative support for the Director of Prevocational Education & Training (DPET) and Director of Physician Education (DPE) and assisting the Medical Workforce Manager and Education Services Manager with coordinating Junior Medical Officer and Graduate Nurse recruitment campaigns, and meeting and greeting including all general administrative duties.
The Education Centre Coordinator will ensure the reception desk is kept tidy, presentable and is attended to at all times, ensuring all staff and guests are attended to in a timely manner. The role of the Education Centre Coordinator is to work as part of the health care team, adhere to Healthscope and NBH policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will also possess the following skills and attributes:

- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional internal and external customer service
- Previous experience in a coordinator role in a healthcare or education facility
- Understanding of medical terminology
- General administrative and secretarial skills
- Exemplary organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to facilitate programs
- Contribute to promoting a positive working environment
