**About the Role**:
As a trade-qualified Motor Assessor, you'll leverage your expertise in panel beating, spray painting, or the mechanical trade (Cert III) to meticulously assess vehicle damage. From initiating repairs to negotiating settlements, you'll manage a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring cost-effective solutions and exceptional customer outcomes. Previous Collision repair or Service centre management/advisor experience will be highly regarded.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end motor claims, conducting assessments and overseeing repairs.
- Cultivate relationships with industry partners and internal teams.
- Ensure accurate cost estimations and safe repair recommendations.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Improve customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.
- Demonstrate a willingness to help your peers and contribute to team success.
- Enjoy and promote a high-performance culture within the organisation.
**What You Bring**:
- Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics plus 5 years **post** trade experience.
- Experience in estimating vehicle repairs.
- Body shop management experience.
- Delivery front end customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues.
- A proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Commitment to maintaining high performance standards.
- Current unrestricted driver’s license.
